I'm in a desperate need of new dampers, as my rear right damper is dying. My `99 Glanza V is on its factory suspension. So I decided spending some extra money for a good suspension.
First in my choices was the TEIN Super Street one....
I made some attempts to find out how I can acquire a single TEIN damper in case of failure in the future... just to protect my investment on a good suspension.
So far I had no luck. The retailer says that TEIN won't supply them with a single damper. I e-mailed TEIN and I'm expecting their reply soon.

What else would you recommend?
I know KONI and KYB are well established brands, with reasonable prices, (much cheaper than TEIN) but has anybody tried them on EP91?

I'm not looking into lowering my ride, nor having a go-kartish feel. The option to adjust the suspension is welcome function, but not really a requirement.

Your suggestions are welcome.
Thank you

go with the KYB's if you dont want to lower it, they are cheap and readily available. KONI's may be a little too firm for stock springs.

TEIN just replied to my e-mail.
What they actually say is that if i have an accident and need a new damper, they can't do anything. I will have to buy a whole set of 4!!!
This is a big let down for me, as I was definite of getting a TEIN suspension.
Anyway, I have been through KYB's site, found the EP91 compatible models and I will check whether I can find them from a local retailer, or else I will order them online.

Thanks for your help jezza

After some research I think I will end up with Koni's adjustable dumpers ( http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m19b0s1311p4273 ).
I understand that these were made having in mind the EP91 Starlet available in Europe and not Glanza.
Does this mean that my ride will become higher?
I'm not interested on lowering it, but definitely not highering it either.

TEIN will repair individual dampers.
