4E FE Engine

Hi, I am Ravin. I have Japanese second hand Toyota Sprinter model EE 101 fiitted with 4E FE, 1331cc engine. The engine load sensor is not working, i.e., at idle when the radiator fan is on or when I on the tail or head lights the engine RPM does not rise and it starts to give little rough idle. Also I have noticed an increase in the fuel consumption.
