I have a question (though it might need to be moved on technical please do if so). For an NA ep91 with c150 (if not mistaken) gearbox what is needed to get a c56 gearbox with a lower final drive (one of the 4.3 4.5 you have mentioned). I have read about bellhousing etc but if someone knows something more (or exactly) what is need please do so. thanks for your time

you will need a complete C56, then you need to machine the area on the C56 where the front gearbox mount bolts to flat, and drill & tap the 3 holes into it. then you need to take the C56 and C150 apart, and reassemble the C56 using the C150 bellhousing, but all the other parts of the C56, also take care with the diff carrier bearings, i believe you need to use the C150 bearing on the bellhousing side.

i had mine done using a C52 GT Starlet bellhousing, by a professional gearbox builder. this is the run down of what he told me.
