    Default Sunroof Visor - Important?

Is the sunroof visor really important? I'm talking about the adjustable type like what I have taken off of my own, pics below (off the car):

It's main purpose is to reduce turbulance when the sunroof is open. This means less wind, rain, and drag. Oh and a quieter cabin.

I've driven plenty of GT's without them and wouldn't really bother with one to be honest. Rare enough item but I think they ruin the look of the car slightly... (own personal opinion )

The car looked sorta retarded to me which is why I took it off the 2nd day I got the car, never noticed a big difference with it on or off either.
Just making sure it's not too detrimental to the handling...if anything I'll just close it
